Quang MGMT was built on a simple belief: outdoor creators should be focussed on creating - not negotiating contracts, chasing invoices, or solo-navigating the business side. Too often, talented creators are overlooked by agencies that don’t understand outdoor industry nuances or the value of authentic storytelling. After years of building influencer, affiliate, and brand partnership programs for leading outdoor brands, Quang MGMT was founded to bridge that gap - connecting authentic creators with trusted brands while protecting the value behind every story.

Hey, I’m Austin - but most people know me as “Quang.”
When I was 12, I spent my first summer at Camp Virginia, perched along the Calfpasture River in Goshen County, Virginia, near the edge of George Washington National Forest. One morning, my cabin counselor, Reece, was taking attendance for a rafting trip, and when he got to my name, he called out, “Quang?!” Everyone looked around, but no one knew who he was talking about. Then he looked at me, and said “Austin - that’s you.” And just like that, I was Quang.
The name followed me home that summer - to football practice, school hallways, and eventually just about everywhere else. Pretty quickly, it stopped being just a camp nickname and became part of who I was, and am.
Today, Quang represents a lot of things, but most importantly, it encompases who I am through fishing and the outdoors. It’s followed me from Virginia to Charleston and now to Tampa - collecting countless stories along the way.
So, what’s a Quang? The easiest way to put it is: it’s me.
